About
A refrigerator's heat pump is a system that works on the principle of the vapor compression cycle to transfer heat from a cold space, like the inside of a fridge, to a warmer environment, such as the kitchen. It uses a refrigerant, a compressor, and coils to absorb heat in the cold interior (evaporator) and then release it in the warm exterior (condenser), effectively keeping the inside of the refrigerator cool.
